I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHICH COMPANY OR INSTITUTION THAT PROVIDES FOR THE COURSE ON LEARNING HOW TO MAKE MY OWN SKIN CARE PRODUCT

Where can I learn how to make my own skin care products ?
Sometimes community colleges or beauty schools- (you can do a quick search for any that might be local) or you could approach a natural skin care company in your area and ask if they run any workshops or maybe offer to be an intern for a short period of time.

If you are thinking of a more traditional skin care product then maybe you could contact DermaDoctor or Paula Begoun- each of whom have a website and their own line of skin care products. They might give you some tips on how to get started.
